Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is seeking an Associate with two to four years of complex commercial litigation experience to join our top-ranked Litigation & Dispute Resolution group in the Vancouver office.
Our diverse Litigation & Dispute Resolution team is committed to representing client interests at every stage of a dispute, from fact-finding and risk valuation through final resolution and enforcement, at trial and appellate levels, in court, at the negotiating table, before arbitration tribunals and government agencies. We are engaged in high- profile, leading-edge litigation, class action, judicial review, arbitration and insolvency/restructuring proceedings across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, mining, biotechnology and life sciences, securities, oil and gas, and Indigenous matters.
We are looking for an individual who has experience and skills in these areas and is looking for more responsibility and opportunities to develop those skills in a supportive and diverse team environment.
