Our Restructuring and Insolvency group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) continues to grow. Blakes is widely regarded as a market leader for Restructuring and Insolvency and we are looking for an associate with 1 to 5 years of direct experience to join the Calgary office.

We represent all parties impacted by insolvencies and restructurings, including corporate debtors Canadian and U.S. banks and financial institutions, investors in distressed M&A opportunities, equity holders and court officers in domestic and cross-border insolvency proceedings.
