Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including distribution and collection of required documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems and personnel files
- Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to onboarding and HR processes
- Supporting employee lifecycle changes, including leaves, transfers, compensation updates and departures
- Preparing employment-related documentation
- Liaising with internal teams (e.g., Payroll, Information Technology, Total Rewards) to ensure accurate processing and system access
- Maintaining data integrity across HR systems, including processing employee changes and supporting audits and reporting
- Coordinating training logistics, tracking completion of required learning and supporting delivery of training programs and materials
- Support the Total Rewards function by reviewing and processing wellness claim submissions and maintaining organized, confidential records
- Providing general administrative and operational support, including processing expenses, maintaining HR operations checklists and supporting team priorities as needed
- College diploma or university degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- A minimum of three to five progressive years of experience in HR operations or HR administration, preferably within a professional services environment. Applications from recent graduates will also be considered
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
The anticipated annual salary for the Human Resources Coordinator position is $60,000 – $70,000. Salary levels will be determined commensurate with internal equity, market equity and experience.
