Overview

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is seeking an Associate to join the Technology practice group in the Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. We are interested in candidates with experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
